BIOGRAPHY

Alexandru Floristean is an Operating Partner at FiveT Hydrogen and founder of Hy Legal, a specialised advisory practice focused on hydrogen regulation, policy, and strategy. His expertise spans EU Taxonomy for Sustainable Finance, the Renewable Energy Directive, Emissions Trading System, Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism, and hydrogen certification frameworks.

Alexandru previously created and led the Intelligence department at Hydrogen Europe, and continues to advise public bodies and legislators on regulatory frameworks supporting the development of clean hydrogen technologies.
