Hans-Peter Schmid is the Managing Director and the Co-Founder of WS Reformer GmbH, leading the company’s development of reformer and ammonia cracking technologies for hydrogen and clean energy systems. He draws on extensive experience in mechanical engineering and applied combustion research, shaped through roles focused on diesel injection, CFD modelling and fuel cell innovations.

Hans-Peter guides national and international projects that advance fuel reforming and micro-CHP solutions, working with major industrial partners to deliver technologies that support the growing transition to low-carbon energy infrastructure.
