Jens Eichler is the Energy Technology & Business Architect in New Growth Ventures at 3M, linking 3M’s diverse technology platforms with the growing demands of the hydrogen economy. His work focuses on enabling innovative solutions that combine materials science with advanced manufacturing.

Jens previously served as the Senior Specialist Researcher in 3M’s Corporate Lab, developing additive manufacturing and thermal management platforms. His earlier career includes directing R&D at ESK Ceramics and lecturing in Kempten, strengthening his expertise in ceramic materials and processing.
