BIOGRAPHY

Konstantin Lenz is the Professor of Energy Economics at the University of Applied Sciences Erfurt and collaborates with Volue Insight on long-term power price forecasting, hydrogen, and battery analysis. His expertise spans energy systems, risk management, and market design.

Konstantin’s career began at Electrabel before leading German power market analysis at Markedskraft and directing portfolio management at Kom-Solution. He has also served as an independent consultant, developing innovative market tools such as a wind futures product for the German electricity market in partnership with Nasdaq.
